The appropriate form should be filled in and attached to the parcel along with the proof of purchase (receipt or VAT Invoice).

In order to return the product(s) you need to:

 

  1. Go to the "Order history" tab on your account.
  2. Select the order you wish to return.
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return by selecting the field (box) next to its (their) name(s).
  4. (Optional) State the reason why you wish to return the products(s) so that the store staff understand why a customer wants to do so.
